The catalogue for a group show at Pallant House Gallery of the work of three women Surrealists working in Mexico during the 1940s. The British painter Leonora Carrington, the Spanish painter Remedios Varo and the Hungarian photographer Kati Horna all travelled to live and work in Mexico for political and creative reasons. Here they became friends and found the freedom to explore their art without European constrictions.
